I've updated the patch to make it work without fetching the deps when building
(something very wrong), but I've encountered several issues:

- I can't host a tar.gz with the deps elsewhere to keep the port clean
- A very dirty hack like placing the deps in FILESDIR doesn't work nevertheless
- Fetching the dependencies with maven separately seems to cause issues with a
plugin

So I decided to fork the repo on my gitlab with the dependencies already
bundled, could you try this new patch out?

It seems to work with poudriere on 11.2-RELEASE/amd64
