After 'svn up' in the ports dir, I get the following error.

$ portlint -Ca
FATAL: /usr/ports/GIDs: malformed line at 725.
 => zeek:*:782
1 fatal error and 0 warnings found.

Manual addition of a colon at the end of the line fixes it for me, of course. I
did not look where it comes from, yet. I guess, many of the commiters will fix
it before I even find the port to blame.
