When building with clang:
pkg-static: Unable to access file
/wrkdirs/usr/ports/textproc/xerces-c3/work/stage/usr/local/include/xercesc/util/MutexManagers/PosixMutexMgr.hpp:No
such file or directory

When clang is used, switch to StdMutexMgr.
