svn(1) diff against the ports tree

The 2019.10 version of U-Boot already included fairly complete Raspberry Pi 4
support. Two additional patch sets are needed to use the full range of memory
on the 4GB model -- both are already merged into u-boot-master for the next
release.

Tested with: Raspberry Pi 4, 4GB
