modules2tuple currently lives in devel. As a result it is much harder to
discover it than it would be if it lived in ports-mgmt. Personally, every time
I want to recall the name of this software I have to search quite a lot. At the
moment I happen to remember maintainer's email more than the name of the port,
haha.

Would you mind if we move modules2tuple to ports-mgmt?
