sysutils/node_exporter: Update to 0.18.0

This patch updates sysutils/node_exporter to 0.18.0.

There are a number of breaking changes which may affect dashboards, and a
number of new features.

A FreeBSD specific highlight is the addition of a FreeBSD uname collector.
