grass 7.6.1

Update grass to 7.6.1

The biggest part is that grass change it's installation name... instead of
grass-7.6.x it's now grass76...

Well, it's a problem for QGIS which search grass-X-Y-Z version folder (it's
hardcoded).

So, I have create a symlink at post-install to grass-7.6.1 from grass76.

poudriere i386/amd64 11/12 OK (databases/grass7 and graphics/qgis)
tested at work
