patch to update coursier to 1.1.0-M12

There is currently no "actual stable" release. The 1.0.1 version in the Ports
Collection are over a year old.

The current milestone releases have many bug fixes and new features.

With the 1.0.1 version, i can't install a scala kernel (https://almond.sh/) in
jupyter for example - only with a milestone release.
