Patch

Update devel/py-robotframework-pabot from 0.65 to 0.72.

Delete the 'files' directory because no patch is needed now.
Change the official webpage i accordance with the change in setup.py. New one
has a direct link to the github page used earlier.

This update fixes few bugs. Most notable is the fix of command line option
processing, so that program now does not crash if you just change order of
options.
