plata-theme has been updated to 0.8.7.

Upstream changes:
- Re-designed GtkInfoBar (Gtk 3.2x/4.0).
- Added .spacer-box styling for SpacerApplet (Cinnamon).
- Added :shaded pseudo-class styling for WorkspaceSwitcherApplet simple-buttons
(Cinnamon).
- Applied Caja theming even if --disable-mate (Gtk 3.2x/4.0).
