svn diff update to 1.7.2

Distfiles moved to Github (original site is still https://www.webtrees.net ),
Makefile and pkg-plist required a few changes for the new version. 

I tried to use GH_ACCOUNT instead of setting MASTER_SITES but this only gave me
the source code. It was missing a lot of additional data files which used to be
included in the original zip file of the previous versions too. This was the
only way I could figure out that worked. If there's a better way I'd be happy
to update the patch.

I've the update running on my own site for a week now and so far I haven't
encountered any serious issues.
