maxima - maxima-index.lisp fix (correction 1)

Now all info files should install properly.

Because of a $ instead of $$, files maxima.info, maxima.info-1, maxima.info-2
and maxima.info-3 were not installed properly, so that help was broken. Now
it's fixed.

Tested successfully on my system (12.0-RELEASE amd64) and with poudriere
(11.2-RELEASE amd64).
