Diff to be applied for mkdesktop 2.8 to update to version 3.0

mkdesktop 3.0 is now a complete one-stop desktop configuration solution.

A number of improvements have been incorporated:

1) The beginning stage is now by default 0 - this permits the graphics
subsystem to be set up correctly. A major boost for users new to FreeBSD as
well as folks not aware of the latest pkg/kld requirements for their graphics
chip.

2) An additional argument '--retry <retries>' lets 'pkg install' operational
timeouts be solved automatically. -1 (infinite retries) or any number >=0 can
be used for <retries>, the default value for which is 0.

3) '--yes' for 'pkg install' can be passed in at the command-line

4) The Linuxulator now uses linux_base-c6 (not c7) : this gels better with
requirements for nvidia-driver
