yadifa 2.3.9

Not (yet) announced in the newsgroup, but I just noticed on yadifa.eu, there is
-after one year- a new release of Yadifa!
So, I adjusted the port accordingly, plus to what I read in INSTALL / README.

Tested succesful with porlint/poudriere (on 11.2 & 12.0 - both amd64 as i386).
