Patch to upgrade Soprano

The attached patch upgrades Soprano to the development version, in order to
build it against Qt5 (this library is used by math/rkward-kde, which depends on
Qt5).

Note: there is no release yet, but since this port is tagged DEPRECATED, no
need to repocopy for a -devel port.

Note for the maintainers: since I'm here, I have set the licenses, but I'm not
sure about LICENSE_COMB, please check it.
