Update to 0.1.4:

• New in this version is automatic BASIC header detection, including special
support for lines like 10 SYS 2061 (use the -U option; this may become default
in the future).

• This version also repairs issues with oversize labels causing crashes (thanks
to Hannu Nuotio) and a UAF error scanning labels (thanks to Vladimir Rytikov),
both previously available as separate aftermarket patches, along with code
cleanup, better diagnostic output and various safety assertions.
