net-mgmt/prometheus2: Update to 2.7.1

This patch updates Prometheus to version 2.7.1.

This is a minor patch with a few bug fixes, including one security related bug
fix.

[BUGFIX/SECURITY] Fix a Stored DOM XSS vulnerability with query history.
[BUGFIX] prometheus_rule_group_last_duration_seconds now reports seconds
instead of nanoseconds.
[BUGFIX] Make sure the targets are consistently sorted in the targets page.
