patch fixed port - removes wrongly placed file and adds source patches

Hello.

Previous attempt to fix build on hosts WITHOUT_KERBEROS at #225989 actually
failed. Provided patch wasn't applied to the port, but dropped to the `files`
dir as source patch. I want to fix this port by removing the file and creating
source patches correctly.

I don't think the version should be bumped.

Patch for the port attached.

Thanks in advance.
