Major update to graylog 3.x. I've been running this for months and the update
was trivial in my single node ES environment.

For convenience I have the diff on phabricator
https://reviews.freebsd.org/D20021 as well, but I'll keep this ticket as
master.

I'd really appreciate any users who can test updates and advise how the
UPDATING and pkg info notes can be improved.
