svn diff to upgrade to 0.55.2

gohugo has been updated to 0.55.2
(https://github.com/gohugoio/hugo/releases/tag/v0.55.2)

The attached svn diff brings this port up from 0.55.1 to 0.55.2

Change log:
 - Handle late transformation of templates
 - Fix Pages reinitialization on rebuilds
 - Fix shortcode namespace issue
 - Fix false WARNINGs in lang prefix check
 - Fix bundle resource publishing when multiple output formats
 - Fix panic for unused taxonomy content files
 - Fix dates for sections with dates in front matter
 - Fix WeightedPages in union etc.

Build successfully against amd64/i386 11.2-RELEASE, 11.2-STABLE, 12.0-RELEASE,
12.0-STABLE, and 13.0-CURRENT.
