Brings the 1.8.* development branch of devel/upnp into a new port. It is
necessary to create a new port because many ports use the 1.6.* branch
implemented in devel/upnp and unfortunately the two branches are not
compatible.

upnp18 is implemented as a non-conflicting slave port of upnp.
