Sigh.  Well, I can't generate patches until I know what the new FreeBSD_version
value will be, so I will have to go ahead and commit and then deal with the
fallout post-commit.  I'm really surprised that we added compat shims for 4 of
the fields changed in kinfo_file but required patches for the other 2 fields. 
For upstream maintainers I'll probably tell them to just drop their earlier
patch entirely as it will never matter for any released version of FreeBSD once
the API is restored.
