this replaces patch-texk-xdvik-dvi-init.c

Original xdvi can be specified direct paper size by -paper option, such as
"-paper 250mmx353m". But print/tex-xdvik rejects it by patches for libpaper
included in patch-texk-xdvik-dvi-init.c.

Attached patch that replaces the patch may fix the problem.
