Adding USES=compiler:c++11-lang is necessary for cad/librecad to link against
libmuparser (GCC7 used for building cad/librecad won't link against libmuparser
built with base GCC). Don't add USES=compiler:c++11-lang, that will break
building this port for mips*.

Tested on powerpc64 and amd64.
