v15 - patch - couchdb 2.1.1 port

Here are some improvements

1. installs couchdb version 2.1.1
2. installs into /usr/local/libexec/couchdb2
3. builds most of pkg-plist dynamically so it works with minor OPT version
changes and other libs version changes like mochiweb
4. adds some configuration options
