Hello.
As you know, FRRouting does not compile with SNMP support and the description
of this problem is on https://github.com/FRRouting/frr/issues/1617

I found a solution to this problem, but it affects another port:
net-mgmt/net-snmp .

We need install this port with some option USE_CSTD.

make USE_CSTD=gnu99 install clean
