Update net-mgmt/lldpd from 0.9.9 to 1.0.1

Hi

David Thiel (I think lx@) was kind to bump me into updating the port which this
time didn't cause any issues. I had it prepared but hadn't yet ran testport yet
on all supported releases.

The updated port has seen:
- "poudriere testport" on 11.1-amd64/i386 and 10.4-amd64/i386 jails without
fallout
- Quick runtime test against an actual LLDP neighbor on 11.1-amd64 both shown
and sent values looked sane.

1.0 was skipped since 1.0.1 was released pretty quickly after the preceding
release.

Maybe lx@ can go ahead and import the patch? :)
