This is probably going to be rejected because there are plenty of people that
prefer gfortran.  Note that flang doesn't even build at the moment because
devel/flang-clang has been marked broken.  If you wish to use flang you can add
the following line to /etc/make.conf:

DEFAULT_VERSIONS+=      fortran=flang
