FTP is old legacy stuff. Please use http or better https schemes where possible
for fetching from master sites..

Fetching ftp://ftp.master.site fails often because ftp has become a no go for
most, while fetch http://ftp.master.site works every time, and it has to be
done all the time manually when ftp://ftp failes. 

So please review Mk/bsd.sites.mk for a better user experience.
