On the distcache.FreeBSD.org sites there is no ports-distfiles directory. They
offer only packages resulting in fetch errors.
Examples from Poudriere log files:

fetch: http://distcache.FreeBSD.org/ports-distfiles/tzdata2018e.tar.gz: Not
Found
=> Couldn't fetch it - please try to retrieve this
