Update math/saga to 6.3.0, with some corrections


Thanks Antoine, For the hint. I didn't know, how this crept in.

I filed a new patch, because there were some other problems, too:

- Need clang50 even, when option OPENMP disabled
- Integrate .if statements into OPENMP option
- Use post-patch-OPENMP-on target instead of .if statement
