fix html escaping in rubygem-oxidized-web

https://github.com/ytti/oxidized-web/pull/151 has been committed to the
upstream package but there is no sign of a new release yet.

This patch fixes a super-annoying bug relating to escaping HTML output. 
Without, cut-n-paste from the web front-end UI is not possible.
