$pkg info | grep softhsm
softhsm-1.3.8                  Software implementation of a Hardware Security
Module (HSM)

With softhsm-1.3.8 already installed I'm able to 'pkg install softhsm2' without
any issues. 

CONFLICTS= softhsm-1.* doesn't seem to trigger. Perhaps softhsm-1.[0-4]* would
do the trick?
