Patch for anki 2.0.50

Hello,

the patch updates anki to 2.0.50. The update contains following
changes/improvements:

- burying cards now defaults to off.
- the default review limit is now 200 cards/day.
- some Unicode optimizations

Changes to the port:
- changed WWW in pkg-descr to https://apps.ankiweb.net/ . The previous URL
http://ankisrs.net/ works too but it's a redirect to https://apps.ankiweb.net/
and might be deactivated in future.

QA:
