Comment out the line 294 in
/usr/ports/devel/py-spyder/work-py36/spyder-3.2.7/setup.py (the line with
'pyqt5<5.10'). Let's see if there is another error-message.
(I think the 'pyqt5<5.10' message appears, if any component is missing).
