It builds and starts.
Two problems:
qt5-webkit-5.212.0.a2_5 needs Python 2.7 at most, but 3.6 was specified.
(but this may another PR...).

and
it seems to close but ps auxwww shows, spyder3 still running (maybe it's only
on my box or it is a problem with qt5-webkit which I installed via package).
