If I comment out the line 294 with pyqt5<5.10 in setup.py there are more of
them:

pkg_resources.DistributionNotFound: The 'numpydoc' distribution was not found
and is required by spyder

pkg_resources.DistributionNotFound: The 'parso==0.1.9' distribution was not
found and is required by jedi 

The paro port has 0.1.1.
