yadifa 2.3.8

Already a while ago, last valentine's day, Yadifa 2.3.8 was released by EURid.

This patch:
- updates version
- updates checksums
- updates suffix
- removes the previous patches (as code is not present anymore)
- updates pkg-plist

Tested with poudriere on all current releases i386 and amd64.
