knot-resolver 2.1.1

knot-resolver had -since it 2.x release- always small difficulties to install
on FreeBSD.
This time it was just typo and so a very small patch did the job;
so now installs fine, and so could replace the 1.5.3 release.

Tested on all current releases on amd64 & i386
