Patch to add GOCACHE=off to GO_ENV
Starting with Go 1.10, the "go build" command maintains a compiler cache which
is activated by default.
As a result, all poudriere builds result in errors since root/.cache is changed
during build and contains these results.
Attached patch adds GOCACHE=off to the build flags to prevent this problem. May
