elscreen.diff

- Switch to the forked version maintained by Takaaki Furuse
  because the original version have not been updated for a long time.
- Add LICENSE to pet portlint.
- Add pkg-message.

Tested build with poudriere for all flavors (full, canna, nox, devel_full and
devel_nox).
