This port needs to be removed:
https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/dlmodeler/index.html
It isn't on cran any more.

Nathan, FYI, all R packages can be easily installed from RStudio or R itself
with just one command, ex. install.packages("R-cran-dlmodeler") which is
virtually guaranteed to always work. Therefore, R-* ports aren't needed and
aren't useful.

I recommend you spend time on updating ports that are actually useful.
