In the last phase of the web configuration, install fails with "directory not
empty" when the script tries to remove "var/cache/prod/smarty/compile"

I think we need 'rmdir -p' here.

Further, why does the port need archivers/unzip when /usr/bin/unzip is already
available?

Host is 11.1-STABLE #0 r324441M PHP 7.1.19.
