On FreeBSD 11.2-RELENG, running port net-mgmt/icinga2 (icinga2-2.8.4) with
www/icingaweb2 (icingaweb2-2.5.3), we receive on all screens/dashboards/windows
this error:

Zend is www/zend-framework1 (Zendframewor1-1.12.16).
Sometimes this error/bug is verys sticky and makes it impossible to use the
webinterface for Icinga2.
