Please bring back the port, it is not EOL upstream, it is the most stable build
of clang 3.x, and makes more sense than devel/llvm38.

There is problems running directadmin on later builds of clang on FreeBSD, and
the current policy of changing the system compiler between minor builds of
FreeBSD means the system compiler is unsuitable hence using a fixed ports
version.
