Fix man-page generation

The upstream bug causes both iked.8 and iked.conf.5 to be generated from the
same source.

The attached patch fixes the problem -- just drop it into the port's files/
subdirectory. I also submitted it upstream:

   https://github.com/xcllnt/openiked/issues/14

I'll leave the decision on whether to bump PORTREVISION to the maintainer.
