Examples:
* devel/oniguruma: Update 6.8.1 -> 6.8.2
* science/atompaw: Update 4.0.0.14 -> 4.1.0.3
* audio/avldrums-lv2: Update 0.2.2 -> 0.3.0

In the first two cases MASTER_SITES was set, and the new tarball was simply
available there, and portscout didn't find it. In the third case it was a
simple github version update.
