py-fingerprints.patch

Hello,

attached is the patch that adds the Python package textproc/py-fingerprints,
which provides easy comparing and cross-referencing of companies and people.

This library helps with the generation of fingerprints for entity data. A
fingerprint in this context is understood as a simplified entity identifier,
derived from it's name or address and used for cross-referencing of entity
across different datasets.

QA:
~~~
- poudriere (11.2-RELEASE amd64 + i386) for each py27 + py36 flavor -> OK
- portlint -> OK
Note:
Before this package can be added to the ports tree, the port
textproc/py-normality must be committed first (see also PR #229527:
https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=229527)
