patch for remotebox v2.4

An update to the latest version v2.4 of remotebox is recommended because the
current version v1.8.1 is officially designed only for VirtualBox v4.3.x, which
is no longer available in the ports tree.

Here is a patch to update remotebox to v2.4. This version also officially
supports the latest version of VirtualBox v5.2.x.

The update adds a few new files and one file is removed compared to the old
version. Otherwise, everything stayed the same.
