Add a license to unbreak the port (also, remove DISTFILES)

Add a license to unbreak the port.

This software is a little bit old and is not maintained any longer. The CLI
version seems to be working. The GUI on the other hand seems to be broken: a
window is spawned but it stays gray while the command-line logs are stuck on
"Loading AC3 frames...".

While here, remove the DISTFILES variable as its use is discouraged for single
files.
